7 Tips to Keep Your Account Secure

Once you're logged in to 9999bat, follow these steps to keep your account secure:

1
Use a strong password. Create a password of at least 10 characters using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
2
Never share your password with anyone. No 9999bat staff member will ever ask for your password — if someone does, it's a scam.
3
Be cautious on public Wi-Fi. Avoid logging in on unfamiliar networks, or use a VPN when you do.
4
Log out after each session. Always log out after playing on a shared device.
5
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Enable 2FA from your account settings for an extra layer of security.
6
Change your password regularly. Changing your password every 3 months keeps your account significantly more secure.
7
Do not click on suspicious links. Watch out for phishing sites — always access 9999bat by typing 9999bat.onl directly into your browser.
Warning: 9999bat will never ask for your password, OTP, or payment PIN via SMS, email, or phone. If you receive any such message, report it to us immediately.

About Login FAQs

You can access 9999bat using only your registered mobile number and password. No email or additional information required.

You can log in to your account from multiple devices. However, be mindful of multiple active sessions at the same time — it's best to log out when you're done for your own security.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you. After verifying the OTP, set a new password. The whole process takes just 2 minutes.

Start by refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and try logging in again. Still having trouble? Let us know via live chat — we'll sort it out quickly.

Saving your password in a browser on your personal device is generally safe, but never save it on a shared or public device. For maximum security, use the 9999bat app — it supports fingerprint login.
